Cooking and leisure will take the spotlight when you get to make handmade Pappardelle, prepare a Bolognese ragu sauce or a tasty Ribollita soup, braise some pork loin with baked beans or even an exquisite seafood stew a la Livornese, also known as Cacciucco. After each lesson, group members will get a taste of the resulting dishes.

First dishes: the creation of pasta and risotti of all colours.

The transformation of doughs until the creation of “ravioli” and “tagliatelle”, and the realization of  tasteful sauces for them. The importance of the choice of rice and its toasting; the vegetable broth for the cooking of rice until creamy.
